Yu Zhang

Mr Zhang joined China Patent Agent (HK) in 2004. He is the deputy manager of the mechanical and design department and the supervisor of the Japanese team.

Mr Zhang has extensive experience in handling patent, utility model, and design prosecution, and has represented many applicants and patentees over the years in invalidation proceedings and administrative litigation cases before the Patent Re-examination and Invalidation Department of the CNIPA, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court, and the Supreme People’s Court of China.
