Dr. Yue joined Liu Shen & Associates in 2006. She specialises in patent prosecution, re-examination, patent invalidation, and patent infringement litigation, in the fields of mechanical engineering, semiconductors, automobiles, lithium batteries, etc. Dr. Yue also has extensive experience in providing freedom-to-operate opinions, patent validity analysis, infringement analysis, patent litigation strategies counselling, and technology transfer counselling services.

As a leader of the Japanese group of Liu Shen & Associates, she has handled many cases for Japanese companies.
