Xiaoyang Yang

Xiaoyang is a senior counsel at Wanhuida Intellectual Property.

She has worked closely with foreign clients and advises clients on patent infringement litigations, and patent invalidation proceedings and the subsequent administrative litigations. Xiaoyang also assists clients in patent licensing and policy compliance matters involving patents. Before moving into patent dispute resolution practice, she had more than seven years of experience in patent prosecution.

Xiaoyang holds a JD degree from York University, Canada, and an MSc degree in organic chemistry from the University of Toronto. She is admitted to the bar of Ontario and has qualified as an attorney-at-law and a patent attorney in China.
