Xiaoyang Yang

Xiaoyang is a senior counsel at Wanhuida Intellectual Property. She has more than seven years’ experience in patent prosecution and now focuses on patent litigation.

Xiaoyang has worked closely with foreign clients and advises clients on patent infringement litigation, and patent invalidation proceedings and the subsequent administrative litigation. She also assists clients in patent licensing and policy compliance matters involving patent aspects.

Xiaoyang holds a JD degree from York University Canada and an MSc degree in organic chemistry from the University of Toronto. She is admitted to the bar of Ontario and has qualified as an attorney-at-law and a patent attorney in China.
