Swati Dalal

Swati has been in practice for more than 15 years and joined RNA in 2016. Prior to joining RNA, she was associated with leading law firms in Gurgaon, where she acquired valuable experience in advising clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters.

Swati is a member of the trademarks group at RNA and her scope of work encompasses a broad range of services in trademark rights, including advising domestic and international clients on issues related to clearance search, trademark prosecution, post-registration matters such as assignments and renewals, and managing overseas trademark portfolios for clients in other countries. She regularly appears before forums such as the Indian Trade Marks Registry and has authored a number of articles in leading legal and intellectual property publications.
