Shakti Priyan Nair

Shakti is a managing associate at RNA, Technology & IP Attorneys and has worked with the litigation team since 2024. He is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and has regularly appeared in, and argued, cases before district courts and the High Court of Delhi.

Shakti has experience in handling and preparing for contested and complex legal disputes across a host of industries, with his primary area of expertise being trademark and design litigation. He also has experience in infringement and counterfeiting actions, consumer matters, mediation, drafting and vetting of various kinds of contracts, and handling domain name disputes before the .IN Registry and WIPO.
