Neha Malhotra

Neha is a registered patent agent who primarily handles the prosecution of patent applications and assists in patent drafting in the areas of mechanical, electrical, electronics and telecommunications engineering. She regularly represents many of Remfry & Sagar’s Japanese clients before the Indian Patent Office. Neha is also involved in conducting patentability searches and managing patent portfolios for Indian and overseas clients, regularly advising on the provisions of The Indian Patents Act, 1970, its interpretations and manner of enforcement, with a view to ensuring the successful acquisition of patent rights.
