Kritsana is a partner at Satyapon & Partners and heads the trademark and litigation departments, overseeing enormous volumes of trademark prosecution, enforcement, and litigation matters.
He is renowned among his peers in the Thai intellectual property (IP) legal industry and his clients, both domestic and international, for his work ethic, deep knowledge of IP law, and commitment to clients’ matters. Last year, Kritsana was elected by his peers to a second term on the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association Thailand Committee, and he currently serves as a member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association Trademark Committee.
After many years of volunteer service to the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand, Kritsana has been appointed general secretary of the organisation.
