Specialising in patent procurement and enforcement, Hwa-Kyun offers comprehensive infringement and invalidity opinions alongside strategic counselling. His unique perspective on patent issues is shaped by his background as a researcher in a corporate institute, where he was involved in developing products from concept to production. Hwa-Kyun communicates effectively with clients around the world, being fluent in English and Japanese.
