Hongxia Wu

Ms. Hongxia Wu joined the firm after graduating from the law school of Peking University in 2006. She received a semester of IP certificate training at Cardozo Law School in the US in 2017, and received IP training at ExxonMobil company in the US in November 2019. She has successfully handled a large number of IP rights cases, some of which have been selected as typical or best cases by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the Chinese Trademark Association and other authoritative institutions, and in which she has obtained six trademarks’ first well-known status recognition from China National Intellectual Property Administration or Chinese Courts. She is specialised in handling trademark and copyright infringement and unfair competition cases.
