Gang Hu

Mr. Gang Hu graduated from the law school of Peking University. Since joining the firm in 1995, he has successfully handled a large number of IP rights cases, some of which were selected as 50 typical IP rights cases of the Supreme Court of China in 2014, 2019 and 2020 (and selected in the Annual Report on IP rights Cases of the Supreme People's Court in those years), Best cases of the China Trademark Association in 2015-2016, 2017-2018 and 2019-2020, and typical IP rights cases of the Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Association in 2015. He has published more than 60 articles on IP rights in professional journals, newspapers and online media, and has also actively participated in IP rights lectures and forums at home and abroad and delivered many speeches. He has presided over major research projects of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the China Intellectual Property Research Association and the Chinese Trademark Association.
