Eeshani Sharma

Eeshani works on the dispute resolution side of RNA’s intellectual property (IP) practice. She advises clients from diverse sectors on a wide range of IP issues, various contentious and non-contentious IP matters, and enforcement in India and the Indian subcontinent. Eeshani’s IP work has included brand clearance, IP protection, pre-litigation mediation, enforcement action, opposition matters, infringement proceedings, online infringement and counterfeits, issues involving misleading advertising practices in India, and domain name disputes. She regularly appears before forums such as the Indian Trade Marks Registry and the Registrar of Companies.

With over 10 years of post-qualification experience, Eeshani has been instrumental in developing innovative strategies according to each client’s needs and expectations. She has successfully handled domain name disputes before the .IN Registry.

Eeshani regularly writes articles and newsletters on wide range of IP topics for leading IP magazines and publications. Eeshani actively participates in key IP conferences in India and worldwide, and is an active speaker representing the INTA Unreal Campaigns in schools and colleges.
