Announcement from the editor: MIP is going fully digital

We have decided to cease our print offering and focus solely on a first-class digital product instead

I wanted to let you know that Managing IP has undergone some changes following feedback to better suit subscriber needs. The team and I believe these changes will allow us to provide a better service to you.

After more than 30 years, we have ceased to offer our printed magazine (which most recently was published every quarter). For the time being, a PDF version will still be available, but it will no longer be printed and distributed as before.

While this may come as sad news to some of you, and the nostalgia is not lost on us either, it is the right thing to do. The pandemic has changed the way we work, and our feedback confirms that most subscribers no longer need print copies.

We are also very conscious of global sustainability efforts. Though it is only a small act, not printing and distributing thousands of copies globally every quarter will help us to reduce our carbon footprint without compromising the very standards we promote on the website each and every day. This is something we take very seriously.

As we want to ensure you receive the MIP content you expect and that it reflects the new way of working, we believe a fully digital offering is the best solution. You can access all of our latest stories, analysis, opinions, key interviews, expert articles and more at managingip.com. And of course, we have more in store for the future.

Simply log in to navigate the full spectrum of our global IP law content. If you’re not already a subscriber, you should be! You can take a 30-day trial here.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
