The MIP Awards and IP STARS rankings 2021

Managing IP has released the timeline for publishing the results of the 2021 MIP Awards and IP STARS research

Managing IP’s research analysts are currently working on the 2021 edition of the IP STARS rankings and MIP Awards programme, a research project that started in September 2020. We have closed the firm submission portal and started conducting surveys as well as independent research on the information we received.

Below is a snapshot of our results publication timeline, which is subject to change. The shortlists and winners list for the MIP Awards programme are published on this website, whereas the IP STARS rankings are published on ipstars.com.


Managing IP Awards 2021

February 16: EMEA Awards shortlist published

February 24: Americas Awards shortlist published

March 30: EMEA Awards event/winners announcement (virtual event)

April 7: Americas Awards event/winners announcement (virtual event)

May 6: Asia-Pacific shortlist published

June 17: Asia-Pacific Awards event/winners announcement (virtual event)

IP STARS 2021 rankings

This year’s rankings publication will start in March, when we reveal the firm rankings for trademarks on ipstars.com. The trademark rankings will be included in the spring issue of the MIP magazine.
