A versatile collection of panel sessions are on offer, some of which are detailed below.

The Allure of Trade Secrets

Trade secrets have many advantages – they are confidential, low cost, indefinite and immediately effective. However, the recent trade secret litigation between Waymo and Uber highlighted the fact that there are also pitfalls involved in this method of protection. The panel will discuss the evaluation processes companies need to undertake when deciding how to protect their IP.
