Alberthe Moungouka makes this list because she has helped her team win many anti-piracy cases in Asia.

She has worked at Dassault Systèmes, a European multinational software company, since 2018 but moved from France to Singapore a little over a year ago to help support her company’s licence compliance investigators in the region.

Moungouka tells Managing IP that she would like to develop her expertise in copyright enforcement in Asia.

“Then, I would like to share such expertise with other actors outside Asia to give a better understanding of this activity and the associated challenges,” she says.

She adds that working daily with stakeholders located all around the world is one of the most interesting aspects of her job.

“In addition, I am supporting an activity which goes beyond copyright and covers several other legal and non-legal topics. Therefore, my tasks are diverse, and I am constantly intellectually stimulated.”
