Morgan Seisson has worked at Nestlé since 2016.

He has been recommended because he has taken on a large amount of responsibility since joining the business.

Seisson manages a large, international and technically diverse patent portfolio. He has strong knowledge of intellectual property issues in the plant-based nutrition sector. He helped the company turn an unexpected idea into a winning business asset too.

“Morgan has the ability to draw conclusions and provide pragmatic advice to guide the business and is very well liked and trusted by Nestlé colleagues,” says his nominator.

“At the age of 30, he has already matured into a great all-round legal and IP adviser.”

Seisson says he wants to become a trusted, recognised and service-oriented in-house IP practitioner and business partner.

He has a degree in biotechnology and pharmacology from Polytech Nice-Sophia in Biot, France.
