Michael Solomita has joined Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton as a partner in its intellectual property practice group in New York

Solomita joins from Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein. He has experience handling litigation, licensing, opinions, and prosecution. He has twice worked in Japan as in-house patent counsel for Panasonic Corporation.
