The patent litigator (right) was formerly with McDermott Will & Emery, and before that was at Bardehle Pagenberg.
As well as handling international patent disputes, he has expertise in the areas of employee inventions, designs and commercial confidentiality.
Harguth is also admitted to the French bar and is the co-author of “Patents in Germany and Europe” (Wolters Kluwer, 2011).
