Learn about the latest luxury goods law

We’re delighted to announce our first Luxury Brand & Retail Forum, which will be held in London in September this year

Le Meridien

The Forum comes as brand owners face growing challenges from online use and infringement. It will cover issues including trade mark protection and enforcement, copyright and advertising law.

The Forum, to be held at the Le Meridien Piccadilly Hotel (right) on September 23, will appeal to in-house counsel and brand protection managers in the luxury goods, retrial and content-related industries as well as lawyers in private practice who specialise in trade marks.

We already have confirmed attendees and speakers from Arcadia, Alexander McQueen, ASOS, Aston Martin, BBC, Chanel, Fabergé, Kurt Geiger, Marks & Spencer, Mothercare, Shop Direct and SuperGroup.

Topics to be addressed include website blocking strategies; social media risks; brand protection in emerging markets; enforcement strategies; data protection; and wearable technology.

For more details about attending the Forum, including speaking and sponsorship opportunities, see our dedicated page.
