Perkins Coie has acquired 13 attorneys from the recently dissolved Heller Ehrman’s Madison, Wisconsin office.
The group comprises chiefly IP litigation attorneys, including David Harth, David Jones and John Skilton, who join as senior partners.
Skilton, a former Assistant US Attorney, Harth and Jones will work closely with the firm’s IP and litigation teams across the country. The team will form Perkins Coie’s first Madison office.
The new group also includes 10 IP associates.
