House approves reform, but obstacles remain
The US House of Representatives has passed a wide-ranging patent reform bill, but does it have any chance of becoming law?
The House of Representatives last month narrowly backed controversial changes to the US patent system, but with the Senate still to vote on the reforms, and many businesses concerned about aspects of the proposed law, enactment of reform could still be a long way off.
