Clifford Chance's head of IP has left the firm to establish an
IP department in the London office of Milbank Tweed Hadley &
McCloy.
David Perkins specializes in litigation across a range of IP
rights and technologies, and has experience in both the UK courts
and the European Patent Office.
He is also a council member of the Intellectual Property
Institute, a WIPO arbitrator and mediator, and a member of the
Intellectual Property Lawyers Advisory Committee to the British
government.
