Brand owners line up to test new Cybersquatting act
Just a month after President Clinton signed the
Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, the lawsuits are
piling up. Plaintiffs are taking advantage of the Act, which fills
a gap in US trade mark law by creating a new cause of action for
cybersquatting.
